  • How do I book a trade stand?

    Trade booking is online in our shop but if you want to discuss anything with us please email us john@japcarclub.org 

  • How much space do I need?

    For outdoor trade we offer 5m x 5m or 10m x 10m. That is your TRADE AREA and behind which we offer a further 5m for you to park support vehicles, pitch your tents etc. The total area is included in the single fee and every booking comes complete with TWO individual entry tickets. No tents or non-trade elements should be in the designated trade area

    For indoor trade we offer 5m depth only and width of 5m or 10m. No vehicles are allowed in the trade hall except on Thursday for deliveries only. We have a dedicated campinmg area set aside for traders who wish to camp at JAE and have an indoor trade area. Every booking comes complete with TWO individual entry tickets

  • Do I need anything else?

    We can provide power supplies should you require, these can be ordered in addition to your trade stand. Power supply prices can be found in our online shop

    For traders outside we can refer you to a marquee company should you require tentage and other equipment. 

  • Do you offer sponsorship packages?

    Yes. We have a number of key sponsors and are always looking for more. The sponsorship packages are flexible and offer a great opportunity for you to be directly associated with the largest Japanese car show in Europe. Please contact us via email for more information: sales@japcarclub.org

  • How is trade laid out?

    We publish a plan of the entire venue and car club areas. Trade is clearly marked on that and allocated as you arrive. Gate Security will notify us by radio of your arrival and we will have a member of staff at the trade area to work with you to allocate the best space

  • Are there hotels. Restaurants and other amenities nearby?

    Yes, please see our amenities page under General Information

  • What do I get for my trade stand?

    For oputdoor trade you get an allocation of space on a grassed flat area. We locate the stands in first-come-first-served order starting at the centre of the trade area, so the earlier you get there the more central your plot.

    For indoor trade you get an allocation of space inside the trade hall. We locate the stands in first-come-first-served order, so the earlier you get there the more central your plot.

  • What are the Terms and Condtions?

  • My vehicle is not Japanese. Is that okay?

    We allow traders to have non-Japanese vehicles of course. Your entry tickets will be for trade and we will give you a trade permit as well to put in the front windscreen of the vehicle

  • Do I have to stay at the venue?

    You can come and go as you please (assuming you have a full event ticket/pass. We will wristband you upon arrival and as long as you have that you are free to exit and re-enter at any time during the event

Who can attend?

The event is open to members of all Japanese car clubs or just private individuals.

If you run a Japanese car club and wish to register your car club with JAE then please check out the Club Info page.

It will be fantastic to see your club there regardless of how big or small it is, we all have the same goal, the same love and that is Japanese cars.

Where to stay?

There is camping for the hardcore weekenders amongst us which is a very popular option with families as well as clubs and makes the whole event!
Public car parking for the day trippers is also available.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel within seven days of the purchase.

Outside of that time the purchase is non-refundable

If you do cancel your order within seven days of purchase, your payment will be returned after the end of the show.

You must inform john@japcarclub.org and explain the reason for cancellation.

In the event JAE is cancelled your entry ticket price will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
